Author, poet, and artist E.V. Frapiere has parted the veils of her heart and shared the deepest thoughts of her soul in her second collection of 33 poems and one short memoir entitled Havoc: From the Ashes of Chaos and Turmoil is Hope (forthcoming in 2018). Long before she penned her first book, Through My Mother’s Voice, I Found My Own, the idea to write a memoir about her life journey in her formative years created scores of admirers. Her literary style combines poetry, essay, and memoir to create her signature “poem-oir.” Ms. Frapiere reflects on observation rather than imagination in an alluring nonfiction narrative voice that captures the heart, mind, and soul of every reader.
The author is addicted to watching period dramas and reading historical fiction; she has a sultry voice, she’s obsessed with traveling abroad, and she loves a good glass of Cabernet Sauvignon while penning a soulful poem-oir.
